Garments are 100% silk. All custom embroidery is done by hand. Dry clean only.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Custom embroidered items are FINAL SALE. We accept returns on items that are NOT custom embroidered. Returned items must be unworn, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, HOUSE of HÉROS reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet these policy requirements. Please email info@houseofheros.com to request a return, including your order number and why you wish to return the item. Your refund will be processed when we receive the item. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return. If you would like to order a different size or style, please just place a new order.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Each piece is made to order in Los Angeles. All custom embroidery is done by hand in Los Angeles. Please allow 3 weeks, from date ordered is placed to shipping date.

All custom embroidered items are FINAL SALE.

We ship via UPS, USPS Priority Mail and DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import fees. If a delivery is refused or returned to us, the customer is still responsible for the original and return shipping charges, duties, taxes and custom charges that are incurred on the package.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: HOUSE of HÉROS does not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

You have a legal right under EU GDPR 2018 to a copy of all the personal information about you, held by us. You also have a right to edit or remove any of this information from our servers. PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged on all orders where applicable. Customers shipping international will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are not included in the final purchase price and customers are responsible for all import duties and tax.
